Shipping policy

DAMAGED SHIPMENT

Should any merchandise arrive damaged, please retain all packing materials and product. Since all of our shipments are insured through the shipping company, UPS, USPS will require evidence of the damage in order to pay any claim. Please contact cherrychristina2256@gmail.com  within 24 hours of receiving your package with damaged merchandise and we will provide instructions about how to proceed with the claim. We can not be held responsible for packages that are left without signature for delivery.
