Returns

Merchandise purchased from christinacherryceramics.com may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only. Returned merchandise must be returned in original condition with all original packaging intact in order to qualify for a credit or exchange. Returns must be pre-authorized by emailing cherrychristina2256@gmail.com. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No shipping fees are refunded or credited. Properly pack and ship (at your expense) the return to: Christina Cherry 2256 Mt Hope Road Middletown, NY 10940. Store credit is forfeited if unused after one year from date of issue.

Damaged Shipment

Should any merchandise arrive damaged, please retain all packing materials and product. Since all of our shipments are insured through shipping companies, we will require evidence of the damage in order to pay any claim. Please email within 24 hours of receiving your package with damaged merchandise and we will provide instructions about how to proceed with the claim. We can not be held responsible for packages that are left without signature for delivery.
